The Administrator shall pass on your data to third parties solely for their own purposes as defined herein, and only for the needs of the Administrator. Such data shall not be used for any purposes of achieving any goals of third parties. The recipients of such data are companies which provide hosting and positioning services, and companies which manage advertisement campaigns to the Administrator of the data.

Personal data

Personal data include any information pertaining to an identified natural person or to a natural person possible to be identified.

We gather personal data in the following manner:

Manner of using the gathered data

The personal data provided in a recruitment form shall be processed for 6 months or until any protest of the person to whom the data pertain. For the purpose of any future recruitment, the form shall be filled out again after the period indicated therein has lapsed. The person to whom the data refer enjoys the right to access the contents of their personal data, to modify same or to remove the data via the active recruitment form or at the address odo@relpol.com.pl.

The newsletter subscription may be canceled at any time by clicking the link "Sign out" available at the bottom of each of the delivered newsletters, or by sending a message with resignation to the e-mail address odo@relpol.com.pl. Personal data shall be processed until the person the data refers to submits a protest. The person to whom the data refer enjoys the right to access the contents of their personal data, to modify or remove same.

The personal data indicated in the inquiry form shall be processed until the person to whom the data refer submits a protest or until the request included in such inquiry has been completed. The person to whom such data refer enjoys the right to access the contents of their personal data by sending a message to the e-mail address odo@relpol.com.pl .

The personal data processed automatically, including those profiled, shall not be result in any legal consequences towards you or affect your situation.

Your personal data are stored in a database where technical and organizational means have been applied in order to provide protection of the processed data, including protection of the website with the SSL protocol. The database may be accessed to only by persons authorized by the Administrator of the data.
