Relpol supports the development of young talents

The aim of this initiative is to support young people in acquiring practical skills and professional qualifications that meet the real needs of the labour market.

As part of the programme, we have welcomed three students from the School of Economics in Żary for internships, where they are training to become electronics technicians.

The scope of the internship includes:

• In the Assembly Department – gaining insight into the production process of interface relays and carrying out the assembly of printed circuit boards in accordance with technical documentation.
• In the DPP2 Department – acquiring experience in diagnosing and servicing machines, which helps to develop a better understanding of how modern production equipment operates.

Relpol believes that investing in young talent brings benefits both to students and to the future of the entire industry.
