On November 30th, the children and grandchildren of our employees had the opportunity to participate in ceramic workshops at Chichy Palace. The children crafted and decorated their own plates, which will be delivered to them before this year's Christmas holidays.

On Sunday, October 20th, another edition of the Run Through the Green Forest took place. Participants had the opportunity to tackle a course that led through the picturesque corners of the forest, enjoying not only the spirit of competition but also the beauty of nature. The course was challenging, but the satisfaction of completing the run made all the effort worthwhile.

We sincerely thank you for visiting us at the 37th anniversary Energetab 2024 trade fair, which concluded on September 19th. The fair is an opportunity for both you and us to get to know each other better and to exchange experiences. We are delighted that so many of you took the opportunity to meet with us.

On September 12, 2024, representatives of our Health and Safety Department, Kamila Jemioło and Marta Auchimowicz, received the award for 3rd place in the nationwide competition "Occupational Health and Safety Service - the Best Advisor to the Employer."

We are proud of the award received by the CEO of Relpol S.A., Mr. Krzysztof Pałgan.

The Badge of Honor for contributions to the development of the economy of the Republic of Poland was awarded on July 3, 2024 during the Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Financing Forum, which was presented by Deputy Minister Waldemar Sługocki and awarded by Minister Krzysztof Paszyk.

18.05.2024 r. Relpol organized a Forest Cleaning Campaign.

The company's employees and their families took part in this event from the very morning. The work went by very quickly in a nice atmosphere. After cleaning up the assigned area, we went to relax by the bonfire and spend time together.

We would like to thank the Lipinki Łużyckie Forest District for the knowledge and help in organizing it, the Ekoszkola - ŁCR Marszów for the workshops, the Alfa and Omega company for the nice surprises and our employees for their commitment!

We were honored with a Letter of Congratulations and the Title of the Association of Polish Exporters "Outstanding Exporter 2023" for the Export Product of the Year 2022, i.e. for the export of relays for solar inverters. Thank you very much for the congratulations and distinction received.

The 20th Anniversary Congress of Polish Exporters was devoted to the strategy of expansion of Polish exports to EU and non-EU foreign markets, taking into account the current economic, financial and economic situation of Polish companies and their export potential.

As part of the climate awareness survey of listed companies organized by the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers, we obtained the title of Climate Conscious Company 2023. Among several hundred companies listed on the stock exchange, we were among a very distinguished group of several dozen companies that received this title. Thank you for the distinction and congratulations to others on the list of winners.

On Thursday, October 5, 2023, the Economic Awards of the Marshal of the Lubuskie Voivodeship were presented at the Lubuskie Theater. The awards gala was the finale of the most important economic event - the Lubuskie Economic Congress 2023.

We received congratulations and wishes from partner companies on our 65th jubilee, which we celebrate this year. Once again, we would like to thank the following companies: ZPUE S.A., TIM S.A., Skamer-acm and El-Plus for their kind gesture. We also received congratulations from the City Hall in Żary, thank you!

10/09/2023 There was a run organized by us to celebrate the 65th anniversary of Relpol.

On August 25, 2023, we organized an Open Day at the company's headquarters for our employees and the residents of Żary and the surrounding area. Event participants could see how our products are produced. It was the first opportunity to visit our new production hall.

For the last few days, Relpol has been conducting training in First Aid with the use of an AED defibrillator and in Fire Protection.

Employees were trained and learned how to behave in a situation where first premedical aid is required. The aim of the training was to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of medical first aid and to prepare participants to independently provide pre-medical first aid in the most typical everyday situations and in the most common traumatic conditions among adults and children.

22.04.2023 on World Earth Day, Relpol organized a Forest Planting Campaign.

On the occasion of the upcoming Easter, Relpol organized Easter workshops for children of the company's employees.

Information of the Management Board of the Company in connection with the occurrence of force majeure, that is, military operations in Ukraine and the current situation of the company.

Relpol S.A. with the aggression of the Russian Federation towards Ukraine, it suspended all deliveries of products to the Russian and Belarusian markets.

Officially, we can announce our title of "Outstanding Exporter of the Year 2022". During the 18th Congress of Polish Exporters, we received a distinction from the Association of Polish Exporters. We have been using our export potential for many years and we are constantly trying to develop and increase our capabilities in this field. We are glad that our involvement to export activities, which contributes to the strengthening of the economy and building a strong position of Polish exports in the international arena, has been appreciated. Thank you for the award and congratulations to all employees of the company. 

On the third Thursday of May, that the Vyshivanka Day from Ukraine is celebrated - Ladies and gentlemen from our Ukrainian plant with smiles on their faces and in beautiful dresses embroidered with traditional patterns are also celebrating this day. Next to the flag, vyshyvanki are the most important national symbols in Ukraine.

A member of the Relpol SA Capital Group is DP Relpol Altera in Czerniaków, Ukraine. The plant in Czerniachów is an entity in which Relpol SA holds 100% of shares, and the subject of its activity is the provision of cooperation services solely for the needs of the Group. The plant assembles selected groups of products and employs about 250 people. The company in Czerniaków is an important production site, and its employees are an important part of our team.

Recently, the Company's employees in Ukraine, like all of us, have been subjected to stress resulting from the impact of the COVID virus on the organization, quality of life and health, both physical and mental. In recent weeks, they have also been struggling with the effects of the war waged by the Russian Federation against Ukraine, fearing for the health and life of their families and themselves.

The plant in Cherniakhov After 2,5 weeks of downtime since the start of the war, it resumed its operations to a limited extent and conducts it as far as it is safe for the employees of that company and possible for logistical reasons and in accordance with the law and guidelines of the state administration of Ukraine. The Management Board of the Company is in constant contact with the director of the plant in Ukraine, assesses the risk on an ongoing basis and takes action. Relpol S.A. company would like to thank our employees in Ukraine, showing solidarity with them at this difficult moment for them, trying to support them both there and in Poland by offering refugees a place of work in our plant in Żary.

Yesterday the President of our company, Mr. Sławomir Bialik received two awards on behalf of Relpol SA:

- 1st place in the category "EMPLOYER - SAFE WORK ORGANISER" - an award granted by the National Labour Inspectorate for activities aimed at improving the level of safety and health protection of employees.

- SECURITAS LABORIS SUPREMA LEX ESTO SAFETY laurel - awarded by OSPSB&HP for creating a safe and employee-friendly workplace.

During the 2nd “Made in Poland 2021“ Congress, which took place on 1-2 july in Berlin, we received the MADE IN POLAND award, which is granted for the: influence on shape and development of Polish economy, use of modern technologies and introduction of innovative solutions, investment in national capital, employing Polish workers and cooperation with German companies. 

The MADE IN POLAND Congress aims to highlight the potential of Polish producers who have a significant impact on the shape and development of the Polish economy in various industries.

National Research and Development Centre and Relpol S.A signed contract about sub-financing the project under the Intelligent Development Operational Programme under Submeasure 1.1.1 Intelligent Development Operational Programme  2014-2020 co-financed from European Regional Development Fund resources.

During the last conference "Power Engineering for Railways" we became a member of the Polish Chamber of Equipment and Service Producers at the Railway Reserve.

During the 11th edition of the Lubuskie Business Leader Competition, Relpol S.A. won the second place in the "Large Company" category,  receiving thereby the statuette and the Lubuskie Business Leadership Certificate.

On Sunday, October 20^th, the 5th Mountain Cross in took place the Green Forest .Once again, we had the pleasure to support this difficult competition for the runners which was not so easy as we can see looking at the pictures. However, there was a lot of runners' smiles. They were heading  happily to  the finishing line. Sunny, autumn weather emphasized the beauty of our Green Forest in Żary on that day. Congratulations to runners, organizers and volunteers. We are glad that we could have been a part of this event :)

For the 5th time we have had the pleasure to be a sponsor of the "5th Żary Tenner Run" which means that we support the organizers - Żary Runners Team Sports Club from the first run organized by Runners Team. 

On Friday, February 15, in the Concert Hall of the State Music School in Żary, the 4^th Edition of the Żary Business Rose Gala was held. The economic awards were granted in five categories. Our Company enjoys two statuettes! Relpol S.A. won the awards in the categories 'Company of the Year 2018" and "Economic Event of the Year 2018" - 60^th anniversary of the company. The contest was organized by the Social Council of Entrepreneurs and Mayor of the Town of Żary.

The evaluation includes various aspects of activities of companies: from business to social activities.

The aims of the Żary Business Roses contest are:

1. Promoting the outstanding entrepreneurs, institutions and individuals who firmly contribute to modernization and economic development of the Town of Żary.

2. Supporting development of enterprises, and promoting pro-investment and pro-innovation attitudes.

3. Promoting sustainable development and business strategies with consideration of social, ecological and ethical aspects of business activities.

4. Promoting innovative local products and services which enjoy appreciation on the market.
5. Promoting projects which affect promotion and creation of a positive image of the Town of Żary.

It is another award for Relpol SA this year. This time, we were awarded for the Radiation Portal Monitors for detection of radioactive materials. Our company is preliminarily known for production of relays of various types, but - since more than 20 years - we have been the only Polish company which holds a license for such product. Our devices operate at road- and railroad border-crossing  points, sea harbors and largest Polish airports.

During the Economic Congress 'Lubuskie 2018', our company was granted the Economic Award for contribution to development and promotion of Lubuskie Province. The awards were granted to the strongest regional brands. 

On the 60^th anniversary of operation of our company, we received congratulatory letters from self-government authorities, representatives of university schools, companies which cooperate with Relpol SA. each history tells about better, worse, very good years, turbulences of history, and, that is why, we are grateful for the congratulations and appreciation addressed to the employees of our company, and wishes for further success.

RELPOL SA which celebrates its 60^th anniversary this year, is the only company in Poland which manufactures electromagnetic relays. In the course of its existence, the company changed its name several times but production of relays has always been the primary activities. For more than twenty years now, the company has been manufacturing MV protection devices and systems of radiation portal monitors. 

Having received the award of Business Gazelles 2017, Relpol entered the group of most dynamic Polish corporations in the ranking developed by the reputablePuls Biznesu Daily.  The award is granted to reliable companies which operate resiliently, maintain constant growth and economic stability.

We have prepared a database for our products in 2D and 3D. 2D models are DXF models, and 3D drawings can be downloaded in the following formats: IGS, PDF, STEP, x_t.

We have prepared the  latest database of our products for the WSCAD platform.

WSCAD offers a range of fast and reliable ECAD solutions. Users in this modular and scalable software package have all the tools they need to design, develop and document electrical systems and equipment in the field of electrical engineering, control cabinets, P & ID, fluid technology, building automation and electrical systems.

We have prepared a latest database of our products for the EPLAN platform,  which allows for construction of the electric panel or switchboard in the form of 2D drawings and link them directly to the wiring diagram.
 

For each product in the database Relpol are assigned dimensions, macros, illustrations, basic data of articles and data sheets contain all the necessary information in the of designing process.

This is the fourth completed successfully mass running organized by Zary Runners Team, which one of the sponsors was Relpol SA. On 16 October a very demanding run 500 runners set off, about 150 people more than in the previous year. The fans, as usually turned up and the beautiful autumn weather as well. Smiles were on primarily runners’ faces, when after defeating the 10 km mountainous run were greeted at the finish line.

On April 17, 2016, the second edition of the run "Tenner around Żary" was organized - another race supported by Relpol. As it was in the previous year, the event appeared a great success. This year, nearly 600 runners took part in the race organized by the Żary Runners Team Sports Club.

ONDAS record sponsored also by our company was granted the commendable title of DIAPASON D\"OR - GOLD TUNING-FORK by the critics of the French Diapason monthly. Diapason is the most opinion-forming classic music magazines in France and one of the most important worldwide.

Rafał Gulka, President of Board of Directors of Relpol SA is the prize-winner of the 5^th edition of the Contest for the Manager of the Year in Electrical Engineering Industry in the category of manufacturers.

The 1^st Mountain Cross in Zielony Las was held in Żary on October 18, 2015. Relpol was one of the sponsors of the unusual sport competition. It was not the first sports event in Żary supported by us. On April 19 this year, we were the sponsor of the 1^st Race "Tenner around Żary". Each of the events enjoyed great interest not only among the residents of Żary and its vicinity but also among competitors from all over Poland. Nearly 400 competitors took part in each race. Both races were organized by Żary Runners Team Sports Club which gathers runners from Żary and vicinity.
