Partnership with the Technical and Secondary School Complex in Żagań

As part of this initiative, nine workshop sessions were organized, with a total of 105 students from grades III–V taking part. The program was carefully designed and tailored to the level of advancement of each class, allowing the students to fully benefit from the potential of the training.

During the workshops, the students had the opportunity to:

• become familiar with a modern machinery park in the plastics and metal processing department,
• participate in metrological measurements,
• learn about processes related to the supervision of control and measuring equipment,
• gain knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard requirements,
• and experience practical applications of automation and robotics used in relay production.

The joint initiative was highly valued by both students and teaching staff. A continuation of the project has already been planned for the 2025/2026 school year. The upcoming edition will additionally include project-based activities, enabling participants to further develop their practical skills and technical competencies.

A highlight of this cooperation was the awarding of the title of School Patron to our company. We regard this distinction as a token of trust and a motivation to continue our efforts in supporting education and fostering the development of young specialists.
